Everything you see is digitally drawn, the works created all have the same format 125 cm x 190 cm (this is for reasons of practicality and logistics), the drawings are printed as large stickers, cut out and glued onto 9 mm OSB boards painted with water-based enamels, everything is then "blocked", for a question of stability and durability, with a casting of epoxy resin.

BIO

Alessandro Ferrari aka Hunk Oink was born in Milan in 1975, a city that has nurtured his creative spirit and his passion for art and design. After graduating in Communication, he decided to broaden his academic horizons by graduating in Architecture, thus laying the foundations for an eclectic and innovative career.

His professional career began as an Art Director, a role that allowed him to experiment and refine his talent in combining aesthetics and visual storytelling. However, it is in the creation of cartoons that Alessandro found his true calling, transforming original ideas into content that can speak to audiences of all ages.

Throughout his career, he collaborated with some of the most prestigious companies in the industry, including MTV International, Sanrio and Nickelodeon, contributing to projects that reflect his unique style and his ability to capture cultural trends. A particularly notable moment came in 2001, when Alessandro received the prestigious Pulcinella Awards, being awarded as the creator of the best web series, a recognition that underlined his pioneering role in the sector.

Rooted in pop and punk culture, Alessandro brings a distinctive sensibility to his work, combining creativity and irony. His passion for toys is not only a hobby, but also a source of continuous inspiration, which enriches his creative imagination. With a career that combines innovation, passion and well-defined cultural roots.
